My microphone and/or camera is not working, how can I solve this?

Computer

Google Chrome

Click the camera icon on the right side of the address bar. You can allow access again by switching to “Always allow”.

Firefox

Click the camera icon on the left side of the address bar. You can adjust your settings now and allow access again.

Safari

Go to your Safari Settings by clicking on “Safari” and then “Preferences” on the top left of your desktop. The window below will open and you can adjust your settings for your camera and microphone. 

Smartphone

iPhone

Reload the website to be asked again if you want to allow access to the camera and microphone. If that doesn’t work please go to your iPhone Settings → Safari Settings to allow access for microphone and camera again.

Android

Go to your Settings → Site Settings and allow access for camera and microphone again.
